The origin of the baseball cap dates back to the 1860s by the Brooklyn Excelsiors, the first ever credited baseball team to wear them. Back then they were made from straw, but fast forward to the 1900s and the introduction of latex rubber to stiffen them and eyelets for breathability, the baseball cap remains a much loved favourite today with any look!
